Baking sourdough bread / 2-day course at Sälstationen.
Flour, water, salt, and knowledge are the ingredients for baking a juicy and healthy bread with a crunchy crust. During the 2-day course you will learn about the basics of baking with sourdough. You will do all the steps yourself, mixing and folding a dough, forming loaves and rolls. We use the same type of utensils that you have at home, the idea is that you should be able to do exactly the same when you get home to your own kitchen. Dates: 26-27 April, 08-09 May, 17-18 May, 24-25 May .

Celebrate Valborg at the Seal Station
The Homeland Association organizes the Valborg Fair evening. Dalarö church choir sings the beautiful May that is coming! The children go with their torches and light the fire at 19:00. The grills are hot and sausages are available to buy! The museum and 2d hand market are open. Hembygdsgården is located in Morarna, 4.5 km from Sälstationen. Nice excursion in the evening!
