Live music on the pier: Sunday afternoon, September 8.
Come and enjoy a fantastic afternoon of music and food at the Sälstationen – outdoor gig and lunch in good company in a unique environment! You will have the chance to listen to live music while mingling with friends and other guests. It will be a party for all senses!
The band Buffa plays on the pier ( www.buffa.nu ), a quintet with drums, bass, piano, saxophone, guitar. They offer covers arranged in an original and expressive way, and a number of their own songs. (swinging groove, jazz, funk, bossa nova, samba).
You are welcome from 12:30, performance starts at 13:30.

Afterwork – Muurikka party – (New for this year)
After a successful trial and a lovely request from guests, we can offer the following afterwork concept.
The wish was for a group to relax one evening after work, grill together in a lovely environment, easily accessible from Stockholm.
We came up with a proposal for a barbecue dinner at Muurikka by the pier, and added a number of extras, such as a sauna and guided tour.
Of course, this also includes diving and bathing in the sea, trying SUP, cozying up on the jetty and possibly have a hike in connection with this.
Included: Snacks, vegetarian food, main course and dessert, we serve non-alcoholic drinks.
Optional: Sauna, guided tour of the seal station’s history, rowing boat tour.

Baking sourdough bread / 2-day course at Sälstationen
Flour, water, salt, and knowledge are the ingredients for baking a juicy and healthy bread with a crunchy crust. During the 2-day course you will learn about the basics of baking with sourdough.
You will do all the steps yourself, mixing and folding a dough, forming bread.
We use the same type of utensils that you have at home, the idea is that you should be able to do exactly the same when you get home to your own kitchen.
Date: 15-16 aug, 10-11 sep, 20-21 sep, 11-12 oct
